Any customer details collected during the checkout process (such as shipping address, telephone number, and email contact) are used exclusively for processing your order, printing shipment labels, and sending transactional notifications via WhatsApp and email. We do not sell or share your personal details with third-party marketers.

3. WhatsApp Booking & Confirmation

All order enquiries are completed directly via WhatsApp chat. We do not store or process card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers. Sizing checks and delivery confirmation are managed safely directly via the chat channel.

4. Rental Policies (Bridal Collection)

Rental bridal sets are leased on a daily rate fee. Security deposits are collected and refunded entirely upon the safe return of jewellery items. Any damage, loss, or delay in return may lead to deductions from the security deposit, as outlined in the rental agreement.

5. Shipping & Refund Policy

We dispatch all domestic parcels within 24-48 business hours via blue dart or delhivery networks. Free domestic shipping is active on orders above ₹1499. In case of defective products or transit damage, customers can contact our WhatsApp support desk at +91 95668 51456 within 3 days of delivery to initiate refunds or replacements.
